Fully Involved™ is an incident command training simulation for company officers. It uses the virtual-reality conventions of role-playing video games to hone professional command-and-control skills. Training materials come to life in a progressively more challenging series of serious fire scenarios at a realistic single-family residence.

The simulation is informed by fire service best practice strategies and tactics, formal instructional design methodologies, and real-world case studies in addition to fast-moving graphic environments. Fully Involved is an effective teacher of cognitive judgment and stress management, designed to appeal especially to younger fire professionals familiar with computer games, or to remotely located volunteer firefighters who have less opportunity to attend professional events.

CTI developed Fully Involved in partnership with the Western Fire Chiefs Association, which represents thousands of fire agencies and professionals in ten western states.
